What’s the budget to start or scale production?
It depends on your stage and your launch goals:
Established brands: If you’re already selling consistently, to discuss a tailored launch plan and budget aligned with your growth goals.
Private Label launches: While the absolute minimum budget is around $2,000, most launches require $5,000 to $10,000 at minimum. A more competitive small private label launch typically falls in the $10,000 to $30,000 range, not including marketing and fulfillment costs. Review our price table here.
New brands launches with custom formulation: If your brand launch strategy requires a fully custom formula from the start, expect around $10,000 for R&D and sampling. Production typically requires an additional $10,000 to $20,000. A more competitive small custom launch typically falls in the $30,000 to $50,000 range, not including marketing and fulfillment costs.
What is the expected lead time?
Our typical manufacturing lead time varies from 4 to 6 weeks for Private Label offerings and 6 to 12 weeks for custom manufacturing, depending on product category, time of year and packaging and ingredient selection.
For recurring production (1,000+ units per week), we optimize operations to maintain 4 to 8 weeks of rolling inventory after onboarding.
